Introductory Gymnasium Preparation Course Summer Holidays 2026 - Langgymi
The Introductory Course during the Summer holidays is aimed at primary school students who want to gain an initial insight into the requirements of the entrance exam to the Langgymnasium .
Over the course of a week, the students learn typical task formats from the Langgymi preparation strengthen important foundations in German and Mathematics and receive an initial orientation for the further preparation process.
The course is particularly suitable for families who want to find out at an early stage whether in-depth preparation for the Langgymi entry-exam makes sense. The focus is on a motivating and structured start - without unnecessary pressure, but with a clear view of the requirements of the entrance exam.

The Introductory Course offers an ideal opportunity to recognise at an early stage where the students stands and what the next steps in the preparation process should be.
Learning strategies, mindfulness and stress reduction
Alongside the academic work on the Gymikurs, we practise mindfulness and stress management. We also develop individual learning strategies for each Gymikurs candidate. Pupils are taught valuable learning, problem-solving and exam strategies that they can use not only for the entrance exam, but also in the long term as part of their everyday school life.
Small group with personal guidance
The introductory Langgymi course takes place in a small group with maximum 8 students. This allows our teachers to respond individually to questions, recognise uncertainties and provide the children with personal support. The manageable group size creates a calm and focussed learning atmosphere in which the student can actively participate and receive targeted support.
