Langgymi Autumn Holiday Course in Zurich
The autumn holidays are the ideal time to begin structured preparation for the Langgymi entrance exam. During five intensive course days, students strengthen important foundations in German and mathematics and work on tasks tailored to the requirements of the Langgymi entrance exam.
Lessons take place in a small group of no more than eight students. This allows the teacher to address individual questions and accommodate different learning levels.

The ideal way to start preparing for the Langgymi
The autumn holiday course is deliberately scheduled early in the preparation process for the Gymi entrance exam. The focus is on consolidating key fundamentals, identifying individual areas for improvement, and developing effective learning and problem-solving strategies.
This gives students clear guidance for the next steps in their preparation. After the course, there is still plenty of time to consolidate what they have learned and systematically address any remaining knowledge gaps.
Course content in German and mathematics
The lessons are aligned with the requirements of the Langgymi entrance exam. Exercises are selected according to the group’s current level, worked through in class, and discussed together.
German
In German, students work on areas including reading comprehension, language analysis, grammar, spelling, and writing their own texts.
Students learn to read task instructions carefully, identify key information, and structure their answers and written texts clearly and logically.
Mathematics
In Mathematics, students review key fundamentals and work on a variety of problem types.
Students practise recognising mathematical relationships, developing appropriate problem-solving strategies, and carefully checking their results.

Personalised support in a small group
The autumn holiday course will run with a minimum of three students. Each group is limited to a maximum of eight students.
The small group setting creates a personalised learning environment with plenty of time for individual questions. At the same time, students benefit from learning together and sharing different approaches to solving problems.
Focus and Relaxation
In addition to the German and Mathematics lessons, the course week includes a one-hour yoga session.
With simple exercises, students develop concentration, body awareness and relaxation. The yoga session provides a balanced break from intensive learning and introduces techniques for managing nervousness and performance pressure.
